General terms of Sale

     The terms applicable to sales and all types of operation comprise three parts:

• the special terms of your contract, which are either the terms of our offer (necessarily accepted in your order) or the terms of an agreement signed by you and Excem;
• our Conditions générales de vente, by default, combined with our Conditions générales de confidentialité; or else
• our General terms of sale (international) if they are specified in the special terms of your contract, combined with our General terms of confidentiality (international).
